Premier Personal Chef Service:

Your experience will begin with a complimentary consultation in your home. At this meeting we will complete a questionnaire for each member of your family that will be enjoying the Personal Chef service. This form allows me to capture and retain information that relates to each family members likes, dislikes, spice and heat level preferences, health concerns, and other factors. This information serves as a guide when I prepare your menus.

We will also discuss your daily schedule to determine together how having a Personal Chef can make your life easier. Besides providing excellent meals prepared for you in your home, Michael Carillo at your service is all about giving you back lost time that you can then spend with your family. The resulting increase in the quantity of time you spend together will directly improve the quality of your home life.

After we determine your needs we can set up a cheffing schedule that is appropriate for your you.

On your Chef Date Michael Carillo at your service will:

• Shop for the freshest ingredients, best spices, and finest herbs to be used in preparing your meals
• Arrive at your home with everything needed to prepare and package your meals
• Prepare entrees and appropriate side dishes
• Vacuum pack each meal to preserve freshness
• Leave detailed reheating instructions for your meals
• Leave your kitchen clean. Only the wonderful aromas of the days cooking will let you know I was there.
