is a Personal Chef?
A Personal Chef is your key to having well balanced, healthy,
and wholesome meals prepared and ready for you and your family
at the time you choose. Michael Carillo at your service
allows you to know in advance "What’s for dinner"
and affords you the time to enjoy your meal and your family
in a leisurely, relaxed manner.
How does the service work?
At our first meeting we will get to know each other. I will
want to have each person who will be enjoying this service
present at this preliminary meeting, especially children.
We will discuss your special needs, preferences, and expectations.
It is important for me to gain an understanding of your family’s
likes and dislikes in order to make sure that your meals surpass
expectations. We will also decide on a schedule for my cooking
visits. I will want to look over your kitchen and pantry on
this visit
After you have decided that having a Personal Chef will enhance
your life I will plan your meals for the next one or two weeks.
I will arrive at your home at the designated day and time
having shopped for the freshest ingredients available. The
meals are cooked in your kitchen, appropriately packaged and
labeled with instructions for final preparation and presentation.
You will come home that day to a clean kitchen and a house
filled with the wonderful aroma of the day's cooking. Your
fridge will be full of appetizing meals for your family to
enjoy. You will be relieved of the drudgery of grocery shopping
and free to share with your family the time you would otherwise
spend cooking.
Before each visit I will send you a menu of meal selections.
Of course I will prepare special request items if you do not
see something you would like in my offerings.
I also prepare meals for special events:
birthdays, club meetings, large and intimate dinner parties,
barbecue, picnics, tailgate parties, your imagination is the
only limit.
